Exquisite began in Marbella property years before Exquisite Private Office took its present form. Sean Thomas worked in Costa del Sol real estate across two periods between 2016 and 2023, accumulating approximately three years of direct property experience while developing his own Exquisite business alongside international private-client work.
At 26, while gaining experience with an established property company, Sean completed a seven-figure villa sale. Later work included assembling a bespoke three-hotel opportunity for a private client. The principle that stayed with him was simple: recommend what is right for the client, not what happens to pay the largest commission.
Time spent away from conventional estate agency — in close protection, private service and UHNW environments — changed the standard he believed property clients should receive.
