Three founders.
One shared standard.
Real estate, private service, regulated residential care, architecture, art, security and aviation — different careers brought together around a more personal model of representation.
Sean Thomas
Sean's approach to property has been shaped by two very different worlds: Marbella real estate and more than a decade operating within close protection, private security and UHNW private service.
At 26, while gaining experience with an established property company, he completed a seven-figure villa sale. Across two periods between 2016 and 2023 he accumulated approximately three years of Costa del Sol real-estate experience while developing his own Exquisite property business. His work also included unusual private-client assignments, including assembling a bespoke three-hotel opportunity.
Sean participated in the Marbella production of Million Pound Pawn alongside Dan Hatfield in connection with a villa and a distinctive yellow Rolls-Royce. Outside property, his private-client career has involved HNW/UHNW principals and high-profile individuals, international travel, private aviation, close protection, asset sourcing and residential security measures around significant London estates.
As a private pilot, he is equally familiar with an environment where preparation, judgement and attention to detail are expected. EPO brings those experiences together: property knowledge, private-client standards and a perspective that looks beyond the brochure.
Elisabeth Thomas
Elisabeth brings a different professional discipline to Exquisite Private Office. A proud mother, experienced children's-services professional and director within the highly regulated children's residential sector, her career has been built around responsibility, accountability, safeguarding and maintaining standards where detail matters.
At Exquisite, Elisabeth works directly with clients: understanding their brief, helping source property, creating a welcoming relationship with the business and supporting the journey from first conversation onward. Her regulated-sector background also brings valuable internal discipline to EPO's processes and standards.
Her belief is simple: luxury is not only the property being purchased. It is how somebody is treated throughout the experience.
Debbie Lush
Debbie brings approximately a decade of Costa del Sol real-estate experience, working with HNW and UHNW buyers and sellers and developing deep knowledge from Marbella through Estepona and the principal luxury residential hubs in between.
Her knowledge extends beyond developments and property to the lifestyle surrounding each location — restaurants, bars, beaches, neighbourhoods and the places clients actually spend their time.
A former architect and an artist for much of her adult life, Debbie brings a creative understanding of architecture, proportion, space and design. Her artwork has been acquired by publicly known private clients. At EPO she works alongside Sean and Elisabeth across sourcing, touring, client representation and the journey from brief through completion and beyond. Debbie speaks English and conversational/intermediate Spanish.
