Clear scope.
No surprises.
Our property relationship is designed to be generous in service without creating ambiguity about substantial additional work.
What is included, and what is separately scoped.
Buying with Exquisite
In the majority of conventional transactions, EPO's agency remuneration is paid from the seller's side of the transaction. Buyer sourcing, shortlisting, area guidance, viewing coordination, negotiation support and initial property/security perspective form part of that representation.
If a specific acquisition provides no seller-side remuneration, any EPO fee is discussed and agreed before the instruction begins.
Selling with Exquisite
Seller fees are agreed individually according to the property, mandate, marketing strategy and scope of representation. Any fee is documented before marketing begins.

Transparent where it matters. Bespoke where it should be.
